Ever since I first saw the trailer of GHANCHAKKAR, I have been waiting for the title song Ghanchakkar Babu. Finally the song has arrived for us. Salute to Amit Trivedi for creating this song and for his voice and the music, and also to Amitabh Bhattacharya for penning the lyrics. I became a fan of Amit Trivedi's music ever since his Dev-D days. The soundtrack of Dev-D was a breakthrough experience in the history of Indian Film Music. All the 18 tracks of the film were gems in themselves. Amit Trivedi's collaboration with lyricist Amitabh Bhattacharya has given us innovative and experimental music in the past. Hopefully they will continue to do so in the future too...
