My Dear Blog,

Today I again woke up late. Around noon I went to the Calcutta Book Fair. I go to the Book Fair every year. Met my friends there. Clicked a lot of pictures. Had a great time at the Book Fair. Milan-Mela is good but I still miss the Book Fair at Maidan.

Here is the link for my Blog-Post on the Calcutta Book Fair. Please read it when you all get some free time. Thank You.

From the Book Fair I came to St. Xavier's College for the Farhan Akhtar concert. It was simply an awesome performance by Farhan Akhtar. Met a lot of old Xaverians there. Had a great time at Xavier's. Clicked a lot of selfies too. Well, I am so cool that all my selfies are actually coolfies!

Check this link for all my pictures of this year's Xavotsav and Beyond Barriers.

After the concert ended, I still stayed back for another half an hour. Did not feel like leaving my old campus. Every body started leaving one by one. But I just sat there on a chair and looked at our huge building and also looked back at the last sixteen years. In my mind I travelled back to the year 2000 when I had first got admitted to Xavier's in Class XI.

In 2002, me and my first girlfriend had come to Xavotsav together. We had a lovely evening there. We roamed throughout our huge playground hand in hand. When we sat, we sat really close to each other. That afternoon I had bought a Kodak KB-10 camera from a shop in Park Street especially to click pictures at Xavotsav. I had clicked quite a few pictures that evening. Though my first girlfriend is longer there in my life any more but still I have that Kodak KB-10 camera with me. I however do not use it anymore. Whenever I look at that camera, it reminds me of my first girlfriend. And it also reminds me of 2002 Xavotsav. Though me and my first girlfriend are apart now and we broke up thirteen years back, but I firmly believe that still she is a part of me and still I am a part of her!

Anyways around 10:30 p.m. I went to Some Place Else. The band Nucleus was performing. They performed really well. Made a few new friends at SPE. Had a rocking time there. Came back home around 2:30 a.m. in a cab...

Good Night,

My Dear Blog,

Today morning I woke up late and immediately decided to bunk Office. Last night I came back home from Some Place Else at around 3 a.m. Felt too tired to go to Office today.

Around 11:30 a.m. I went to Royal Calcutta Turf Club. Today we had The Police Commissioner's Cup. Around 12:30 p.m. a friend came to meet me there. I had two VIP badges for today's race. I took her to the VIP Lounge at RCTC. We had a lovely lunch there. I drank two pegs of vodka and four pegs of whiskey throughout the day.

Met some other friends there too. Had a lovely adda with all of them. Also placed bets on the horses. Lost money in the process of playing Tanala. Anyways still had an awesome day at the races.

Came back home around 6 p.m. Was supposed to meet another friend at our Lake Gardens CCD but was feeling too tired and sleepy. Therefore called her and cancelled our meet. I just came back home, had some chicken soup and straightaway went to sleep...

Good Night,
With Love, Kisses, Moonbeams and Rainbows,

My Dear Blog,

Today I woke up around 10 a.m. Around noon a friend came over to my place for lunch. Had a lovely adda with her. We saw the film 'Bose - The Forgotten Hero' on DVD. I really love this film. Shyam Benegal is a great Director. In the year 2005 I had gone to see this film at Nandan with my then girlfriend. I really love the songs 'Aazadi' and 'Ekla Cholo' from this film. The 'Ekla Cholo' song was beautifully sung by Nachiketa Chakraborty and Sonu Nigam. The song was beautifully picturised also in the film.

In the evening I went to Xavotsav alone. I had two VIP passes for Xavotsav. I asked my friend to come to Xavier's with me but unfortunately she had to go back home for some work. I asked around fifty women on Facebook to accompany me to Xavotsav but they were all busy in one way or the other. Mera toh bad luck hi kharab hai!

Anyways in my heart I kept singing the 'Ekla Cholo' song and went to Xavotsav alone at around 6 p.m. There I went to our alumni room and bought four passes for next Sunday's 'Beyond Barriers' concert. Two for myself and two passes for my most favourite Blogger in this Universe and her husband. This year Farhan Akhtar is coming here at Xavier's to perform. My most favourite Blogger loves Farhan Akhtar to the power of infinity. Therefore I just had to buy passes for her for this concert otherwise it would be like committing a cardinal sin! Last year Asha Bhosle came to perform at 'Beyond Barriers'. At last year's concert I had bumped into a Xaverian girl on whom I had a massive crush back in my College days. It was so nice to suddenly meet her again after almost a decade.

Anyways today I met most of the old staff members of Xavier's. I really love St. Xavier's College a lot. Its my most favourite place in the whole Universe. Whenever I enter Xavier's, I get surrounded by a sense of peace, calm and nirvana. I do not know why, but this place gives me a sense of belonging here. I am truly, madly, deeply, savagely, hopelessly and helplessly in love with St. Xavier's College.

This time at Xavotsav there were a lot of food stalls. I ate chicken biriyani with a leg-piece from the 'Mughlai-Sughlai' stall. Whenever I eat chicken biriyani, I always ask for the leg-piece. I have a fascination for long yummy legs, both in chicken and in women!

It was so nice to see young boys and girls dancing to the beats of the DJ and having full on masti. It reminded me of my College days. In those days I used to have long hair and I used to wear a hair-band. A few times I also coloured my hair with Loreal. I also used to straighten my hair regularly with Wellastrate. In my College days I also used to wear those spring-loaded ear-studs. And sometimes I used to put kajal in my eyes with Lakme eyeliner pencils. I really loved my metro-sexual look back in those days.

Anyways as I was walking on our huge ground with my hands in my pocket, a sweet cute young girl came to me and started talking to me. Here is how our conversation went :

She : Excuse me, are you Raj Gaurav Debnath?

Me : Yes...

She : Okay... I have read your Blog... You really write very well... I have read all your Blog-Posts... I have seen your pics on Facebook too...

Me : Okay... Thanks...

She : I really love the posts on Sundays, Park Street, Calcutta Book Fair, Durga Puja, Calcutta Film Festival... And all your love stories too...

Me : Thanks a lot for reading them... Please post some comments there sometimes...

She : Your love stories are very heart touching... You really have a very colourful and fascinating life...

Me : Ha Ha Ha! Those are all imaginary love stories... Any resemblance to any person living or dead is purely coincidental...

She : Oh really?

Me : Hmmmmmmmmm...

She : So you mean to say that those love stories about your imaginary character Rahul never actually happened in your own life?

Me : No Comments! As a writer, my official stance is that all those love stories about Rahul are simply figments of my vivid imagination... As a reader, you can interpret it in any way that you want...

She : Okay... I understand... By the way, which year did you pass out from Xaviers?

Me : In 2007... Ten years have passed... This is 2017... I still miss my College very very very much...

She : Awwwwww... Once a Xaverian, always a Xaverian...

Our conversation continued for a long time. We exchanged our numbers and I asked her to send me a friend request on Facebook. We also went and danced together for some time near the stage. She left around 9 p.m. while I stayed back for another hour. I simply did not feel like leaving Xavier's. I wanted to stay back there for the whole night. I also wanted to go back in time to my College days once again.

Anyways around 10 p.m. I went to Some Place Else. The band 'Anonymous 4' was performing. I met another group of English cricket fans. Later we all went and sat in the lobby and had a lovely adda. I also clicked some selfies there. Came out of Park Hotel around 1 a.m. This time Nurul Bhai drove me home in his taxi...

Good Night,
With Love, Kisses, Moonbeams and Rainbows,

My Dear Blog,

Today I woke up late around noon. Took a shower, had my lunch and then went to Eden Gardens for the third one-day match between India and England. My ticket was in Block J. My seat number was 2532.

I really love Eden Gardens a lot. I have been going there since 1996. The first time I had gone to Eden Gardens was on 27th November 1996 for the India-South Africa test match. This was the very first time that I had entered Eden Gardens. What a majestic feeling it was. The very first sight of the lush green-ground had made me ecstatic. The roar of the spectators and the mexican-waves were fascinating. The panoramic view of the Stadium was mind-blowing. It felt nice to spread a newspaper on those ancient cement benches and sit under the winter Sun. No need to sit on the exact seat-number. People sitting around me had become my instant new best friends. I was only 14 years old then. The grown-ups sitting around me treated me like their younger brother as I was alone in the Stadium. They offered me biscuits and cakes. They asked me if I needed water. The first day was spent watching the batting skills of Andrew Hudson and Gary Kirsten and also was spent zooming in on the players through my binocular. Gary Kirsten had scored centuries in both the innings in that match.

In those days there used to be those cemented bench-type seats where people used to spread newspapers and sit on them. People used to come with their families and bring their lunches in tiffin-carriers and it used to feel like a picnic. Nowadays those cemented seats are no longer there and we only have plastic chairs throughout the Stadium. I really miss the old Eden Gardens.

Anyways today's match was good. India bowled well to restrict England to just 321 runs. It was a get-able and chase-able score. But unfortunately India kept losing wickets at regular intervals. I clicked a lot of selfies there in the stadium. Three beautiful non-bengali girls were sitting beside me. Most probably they were Marwaris. All three of them were quite pretty but the one who was sitting in the middle, her beauty was simply out of this world. She had an innocent and angelic look in her face. I felt like talking to her but somehow could not gather the necessary courage to make the first move. Our eyes met a few times but somehow I suddenly felt shy for some unknown reasons and just could not break the ice. I really hate and curse myself when I fail to break the ice and make the first move.

Anyways I really love the mexican-waves at Eden Gardens. Salute to the guy who initiates these mexican-waves. Only after a few failed attempts, these mexican-waves actually materialise and travel throughout the stadium. It is a lovely sight during a full-house at Eden. Generally the mexican-waves go on for seven rounds. And generally these mexican-waves travel in a clockwise direction but sometimes on rare occasions they also travel in an anti-clockwise direction too. After the completion of the wave the whole stadium starts clapping on the success of the wave. A decade back I used to initiate these mexican-waves from my Block regularly at Eden Gardens. It used to be a herculean task to initiate the mexican-waves and to get all the lazy Bongs to stand up at the same time and put their hands up in the air. After a few failed attempts, my mexican-waves used to succeed and travel throughout the Stadium and it felt really nice to see everybody participating in it. But nowadays I am too old and I do not have that kind of energy and enthusiasm any more to initiate mexican-waves at Eden Gardens.

During the interval, MSD was felicitated by CAB. Also four stands were named after Pankaj Roy, Biswanath Dutt, Jagmohan Dalmiya and Sourav Ganguly. When MSD came into bat, there was another round of mexican-wave. This time every one in the Stadium switched on their mobile phone lights and held it up. It was an amazing sight. It looked as if fifty thousand fireflies were glowing throughout the Stadium. It was indeed an awesome sight.

In the afternoon I ate a pizza in the Stadium. Around late evening I ate chicken biriyani. The biriyani was cold though, but still it was biriyani! I put on a bandana on my head. But it was getting wet because of the falling dew. I was also feeling a bit cold. Once Hardik Pandya got out, I left Eden Gardens. I had a hunch that India would lose this match. From the Stadium I walked till Esplanade. Did not get a single taxi which was willing to come to Lake Gardens inspite of offering them extra money. Bloody Bastards! Since I clicked so many pictures today, therefore my phone lost all battery-power and I could not also book an Ola or Uber. I took the Metro from Esplanade and came back home...

My Dear Blog,

Today morning I woke up around 9 a.m. and simply did not feel like going to Office. So i bunked it. Around noon I went to St. Xavier's College to collect two VIP passes for Xavotsav 2017.

From Xavier's I went to the Shobhabazar Rajbari to attend a Food-Festival organised by Hangla Magazine. There were many food stalls with a variety of food items. I ate Hyderabadi Chicken Biriyani there. Some of my friends had also put up a stall there. From their stall I ate fish-fry, prawn-ball, one egg-item and desserts. Their food was really tasty and yummilicious.

A lady friend came to meet me there. We have just become friends on Facebook in the last few weeks. Today we met for the first time. Had a lovely adda with her. She is indeed an elegant woman with a great personality. I was supposed to go to Academy of Fine Arts to buy the 5th March tickets for Kabir Suman's concert at Chandannagar Rabindra Bhavan, but got busy chatting with her and forgot all about Kabir Suman! Anyways in the evening she was kind enough to drop me at St. Xavier's College in her car.

Another friend came to meet me there in front of Xavier's main gate. She was a bit late though. We both went inside Xavier's at around 6 p.m. DJ Suketu performed today. My most favourite place in this Universe is St. Xavier's College. This time there were a lot of Food stalls at Xavotsav. Since I had such a heavy lunch therefore I did not feel like eating anything. She had a pizza. I drank a Red Bull. We both roamed throughout our huge playground. But there was a lot of dust too flowing freely because all the young boys and girls were dancing like there is no tomorrow.

Anyways we left Xavier's at around 9:30 p.m. She went back home while I went to Some Place Else again. Tonight Rig-Mob and Span performed. Again I met another group of English cricket fans. They have all come here for tomorrow's match. I came out of Park Hotel at around 2:30 a.m. Tonight Mukhtar Bhai drove me home in his taxi...

Good Night,

My Dear Blog,

Today morning I went to Office. Had a lovely day in Office. In the evening I went to meet a friend at Park Street. We met in front of Au Bon Pain and then I took her to St. Xavier's College to enquire about the passes for the upcoming Farhan Akhtar concert at 'Beyond Barriers' on 29th January.

Me and my friend, we walked throughout the length and breadth of our huge playground. I told her about my bohemian Xaverian years. I really love St. Xavier's College the most. Whenever I am inside the campus, I automatically feel very happy. This place gives me nirvanic happiness and all my troubles and problems vanish instantly. I love St. Xavier's College more than all the women whom I have ever loved in my life.

From Xavier's we went to Dreamland Restaurant to have dinner. We ordered mixed gravy noodles and Thums-Up. The food was good. After dinner she went back home. I went to Some Place Else to watch the performance of D-Trio.

D-Trio consists of Anjan Dutta, Amyt Dutta and Neel Dutta. I am a huge fan of Anjan Dutta. In the nineties I used to buy all his audio cassettes from Rashbehari Melody. I used to listen to them day in and day out. In 2002 my first girlfriend had given me the album 'Rong Pencil'. I was supposed to listen to it and then give it back to her. But unfortunately we broke up the next year and the audio cassette stayed back with me. I still have that album with me even to this day. Two years back I also bought Anjan Dutta's last album 'Unoshaat'. Its a fascinating album.

Anjan Dutta is again back in the world of theatre. In 2012 he staged 'Galileo'. In 2014 he staged 'Abani Opera'. In 2015 he staged 'Teen Penny Opera'. In 2016 he staged 'Medha'. He staged all these plays at Gyan Manch. I went to see them all. I really love Anjan Dutta in all his avatars.

D-Trio's performance ended around midnight. It was an awesome performance. Anjan Dutta was at his majestic best. This was also like a promotional event for his latest film 'The Bongs Again'. Amyt Dutta, the Guitar-God of Calcutta, simply weaved magic in his guitar strings. D-Trio sang songs like Ranjana, Mary Anne, Samson, Kolkata Sholo, 2441139 etc. It was so nice to listen to these songs even after so many years. Listening to these songs and singing along, my eyes were getting filled with nostalgic tears and there was a lump in my throat. I was remembering the nineties. I was remembering my childhood and my teenage-hood years. I felt like going back to the nineties again.

After D-Trio's performance, another band named Rig-Mob started performing. They also performed really well. The female lead singer sang beautifully. They sang mostly English covers. She ended their performance with Shakira's 'Waka Waka'. We all danced to Rig-Mob's songs.

I met a lot of English cricket fans there at Some Place Else. Also met the camera and technical crew who have come from South Africa for this Sunday's one-day match. Had an amazing adda with them discussing cricket and women. We discussed the similarities and the differences between English and Bengali women over Australian beer. Came out of Park Hotel at around 3 a.m. I know most of the taxi-drivers by name who wait for passengers in front of Park Hotel every night. They have all driven me home so many times. Tonight Sarfraz Bhai drove me home...

Good Night,
With Love, Kisses, Moonbeams and Rainbows,

My Dear Blog,

Today morning I woke up late. Did not feel like leaving my comfortable bed except for going to the loo. Had my lunch on bed. Watched TV all day. Nothing in particular. Just surfed through all the channels. Also watched the first one day match between India and England in bits and pieces. I only love watching Test Cricket from the first ball to the last. I do not love watching one day matches and T-20s. Till evening I just stayed on my bed. Banglaay jaakey boley lyaadh khawa! I really love these lazy winter Sundays.

Took a bath in the evening and went to our Lake Gardens CCD to meet a friend. Had a lovely adda with her over hot coffee and chicken sandwiches. Told her about my wish to get married this year. She just smiled sweetly. Here is a sample of our conversation:

She : So you really want to get married this year?

Me : Yeah...

She : By the way, how many girlfriends did you have in your life till now?

Me : Aab Tak Chhappan...

She : Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha!!!

Me : Ahem! Ahem!

She : And with how many of them have you made love?

Me : No Comments...

She : What kind of a woman do you want for marriage?

Me : Aishwarya Rai...

She : Aishwarya Rai is already married to Abhishek Bachchan...

Me : I know... He is her second husband...

She : What? Who was her first husband?

Me : A Banyan Tree...

She : Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha!!!

Me : Ahem! Ahem!

She : What if your would-be wife is a CPM supporter?

Me : Well, if my would-be wife's love for me is hundred percent true and genuine then I do not care whether she is a TMC or CPM or BJP or Congress or RSS or Maoist or Naxalite or Jharkhand Mukti Morcha or Pragatisheel Indira Congress or Donald Trump or Kim Jong supporter...

She : Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha!!!

Hearing my reply my friend just started laughing and laughing and laughing. Its so nice to see a woman laugh like that. I came back home around 9 p.m. and watched TV again till midnight...

Good Night,

My Dear Blog,

Today morning I woke up very early at around 5 a.m. Started listening to the songs of Kabir Suman, especially his album 'Tomakey Chai'. This is the 25th year of this historic and landmark musical album. Last night I was missing my first girlfriend very much. I still remember vividly how fifteen years back she used to melt in my arms. We used to plan about our future marriage and had also finalised our would-be children's names. I know that there is no point thinking about her anymore but still the heart wants what the heart wants! Dil toh Pagal hai! Dil deewana Hai! Anyways I didn't feel like going to Office today. But still I went. Did nothing in Office except Facebooking. Also had a great adda with my colleagues.

Yesterday was Friday The 13th. So I put up a Facebook update about marriage. I think that for a man, marriage is the only thing that is more horrifying than Friday The 13th! Yesterday I put up the following update on Facebook :

I want to get married this Year... Hopefully I will find my Soulmate this Year... If any Woman reading this is interested in marrying Me or is secretly in Love with Me from the deepest parts of her Heart then please message Me in my Inbox... Marriages are made in Heaven and/or Facebook... Lets see what the Heavens/Facebook have in store for Me... By the way, Divorcees and Widows are also applicable...

P.S. : After Marriage, if I have a Daughter then I will name her Brishti, because I love rainfall very very very much, and if I have a Son then I will name him Suman, because I love the great Kabir Suman very very very much...

My Guru has married five times. I think that I should also get married atleast once. After putting up the above update I started getting a lot of feedback in my inbox. A lot of women showed their kind interest in me. So sweet of them. Some of them with whom I have not spoken on Facebook for ages, suddenly started messaging me in my inbox. It was so nice talking to them again. A lot of married women who are going through a rough patch in their marriages also messaged me. Some of them who are awaiting their divorces messaged me too.

Today evening I went to meet one such prospective bride at Park Street Au Bon Pain. Had a lovely adda with her over cups of hot black coffee. She was quite pretty. She also has a good knowledge about the history of English Literature. From Au Bon Pain we went for a walk throughout the length and breadth of Park Street...

Good Night,

A Woman who chose Whiskey over Wine

---

This is an imaginary story about a Woman who chose Whiskey over Wine. Any resemblance to any person living or dead is purely coincidental.

Rahul was randomly surfing through female profiles on Facebook. Suddenly he bumped into the profile of Rajkanya. He instantly fell truly, madly, deeply, savagely, helplessly and hopelessly in love with her. He felt that she was the most beautiful woman in this Universe. He went through all her pictures and liked all of them. He posted picture-comments on most of her photos. He also immediately sent her a friend request.

After a few days Rahul saw that Rajkanya has rejected his friend request. He was heartbroken. He wanted to commit suicide. Life was not worth living anymore. He felt like leaving this material world behind and felt like going to the Himalayas. He wanted to deactivate his Facebook account and say goodbye to this cruel world. He could not accept her rejection. It totally crushed him. He felt tremendous pain on the left side of his chest. He felt as if someone had stabbed him a thousand times at his heart with a very sharp knife.

A few more days passed. Rahul quietly gathered the little pieces of his broken heart and glued them together. And continued on the journey of life. But he couldn't get Rajkanya out of his mind. Every day in the morning he would log into Facebook and check her profile. Throughout the day he kept an eye on her profile and read all her posts and stared at all her newly uploaded pictures. But now he did not post any comments on her latest photos. Before logging out of Facebook in the night he would again check her profile. While sleeping she was also there in his dreams. In one of the dreams he once kissed her on her lips. It felt like a real kiss. Even when he woke up the next morning, he could still feel the sensation of that kiss in his mind. It was a strange and crazy sensation.

A few more weeks passed. One day he gathered all the courage that he could gather together and again sent her a friend request. This time a miracle happened. She accepted his friend request after a few days. He immediately became the happiest man in this Universe. He instantly thanked God Almighty for being so kind. He instantly thanked his Guardian Angel. He also instantly thanked her for accepting his friend request. She replied back. They started chatting for the first time. Soon they started chatting everyday. They became good friends in the course of time.

A few more weeks passed. By now they became very good friends. He asked her out for lunch one day. After some initial hesitations she agreed to meet him. They met for lunch at Souk in Taj Bengal. He arrived on time and waited for her in the lobby. She was late by some minutes. As she walked in through the glass door he saw her for the first time in the real world. He could not believe his eyes. She was extremely gorgeous and absolutely amazing. She looked much more beautiful than her pictures on Facebook. The pictures did not do justice to her beauty. In the virtual world he could describe her beauty with mere words but in the real world her beauty was simply indescribable. The moment he saw her he felt like writing poetry on her skin with his lips.

Anyways they entered Souk and selected a table. A well-dressed waiter came to take their order. Rahul asked her whether she would like to have some wine. But she said no and instead ordered whiskey. Rahul was a bit surprised at her choice. He has dated so many women over the last sixteen years and generally women tend to select red wine. But for the first time in his life a woman was ordering a glass of Jack Daniel's. He was indeed surprised. Rajkanya was totally different from all the other women. He was actually impressed by her choice.

Rahul also ordered JD for himself. They had a lovely lunch. They had a lovely adda over lunch. With each passing second he was falling deeper and deeper in love with her. She could easily see that in his eyes. She felt happy and proud at the same time. In her heart she was smiling continuously at Rahul's condition. Rahul was trying to impress her by showing off his vast knowledge on various subjects. She realized that he was trying his best to make her fall in love with him. She actually liked him a lot and thought that he was quite cute. She also liked his sense of humour. But being a woman she was obviously playing hard to get. Rahul also understood that it was going to be a long battle before victory could be achieved. But fortunately he was mentally prepared for it because he has always believed that the pleasure of the hunt lies not in the kill but in the chase...

My Dear Blog,

Today morning I woke up early and reached Dalhousie around 8 a.m. All my office colleagues gathered there one by one. After an hour we all left for our office picnic at Wonderland Park in Chandannagar.

Reached the picnic spot on time. Had a great time there. The food was really good. I drank two pegs of whiskey, two pegs of rum and one peg of vodka. We all enjoyed a lot. Clicked some pics there.

We left the place in the evening and started our journey back to Calcutta. Once we reached the city then everybody went back to their respective homes but I went to the Baul-Fakir Utsav at Shaktigarh ground near Jadavpur 8B. Today was the last day of the festival. Met quite a few friends there. Clicked some pics too. Met the one and only Moushumi Bhowmik there. Had a great conversation with her. Clicked some pics with her too. The good news is that very soon she is going to release her latest album after almost a gap of fifteen years. I am really looking forward to this album. I am a huge fan of Moushumi di and I just love all her songs. I came back home around midnight.

Good Night,

7th January 2017 (Saturday)

My Dear Blog,

Today morning I woke up late. Didn't go to office today. Around noon I went to the Royal Calcutta Turf Club. Two of my friends joined me there. Had a lovely time there. Ate a lot of food there and drank beer. The three of us had a lovely adda too. We also placed our bets on the horses. Unfortunately I lost money today.

I came back home in the evening. Took rest for half an hour and then went to the Shaktigarh ground near Jadavpur 8B to attend the Baul-Fakir Utsav. I have been going to this festival for the last seven-eight years. Met a lot of old friends there. Had a lovely time there too. Listened to some good baul songs. Usually every year I stay back there for the whole night but today I came back home around midnight. That is because tomorrow we have our office picnic and I have to get up early in the morning.

Met an old friend there. Had hot coffee and a lovely adda with her. We talked about everything under the sun from the present Tughlaq to the newbie Taimur and from the Baap-Beta dangal in Uttar Pradesh to the Bangalore molestation incident. I firmly believe that no man should touch a woman without her permission. When a man touches a woman without her permission, then I think his balls should be chopped off by the Government. And I want death penalty for rape. If you like a woman, just ask her out for a date, propose to her, and if she says yes then proceed further. Its as simple as that. If she says no, then maybe you will feel sad for some days or months, but eventually you must move on in life. Fall in love again with someone else. There is no shortage of women in this world. And if you badly need to do it and your raging hormones are killing you from inside then simply visit a red-light area and pay for it. Don't forget to use protection. After losing Paro if Devdas can pay a visit to Chandramukhi then you can also do the same thing. In the last sixteen years of my life, I have had so many affairs with so many women, but I have never ever touched any woman without her consent. Don't be like Donald Trump who goes around groping women without their permission. Atleast try to be like Bill Clinton who made good use of the presidential cigar only after he received the woman's consent. Let it be a matter between two consenting adults. Society should not poke its dirty nose in it. A man's touch on a woman's body is special only when the woman herself desires it and lusts for it from the deepest parts of her heart. Having sex with a woman without her consent is like having sex with a dead body. A man should never forget that the sexiest curve on a woman's body is actually her smile. Try to ruin her lipstick and not her mascara. Try to make her wet down there and not in her eyes...

Good Night,
With Love, Kisses, Moonbeams and Rainbows,
Raj Gaurav Debnath
